Pricing/Orders/Payment Processing

All prices displayed on our website are quoted in U.S. dollars. While we strive for accuracy on our website, errors can occur.   If we discover an error in the price of the merchandise you have ordered, we will contact you on the information you have provided and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it.  We will make 3 attempts to contact you before your order is cancelled.

Once your order has been placed, we will review the information you provided for validity by verifying your payment method, billing and shipping address.   Should we need to contact you for additional information, we will contact you via email or phone to obtain this. Once everything is confirmed, you will receive an email confirming your order.  Once your order is processed for shipment, a second email will be sent that contains your tracking number and confirmation of dispatch. 

Each order is processed automatically and once it has been confirmed, it is not possible to modify the details. To purchase additional items, you must place a new order. To return any items please refer to our RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY.

In the event that we run out of stock on the item you have purchased, your order will be cancelled, a refund will be issued, and a notification email will be sent to the email address provided to us by you from one of our team members. 

Payment Processing
All orders are subject to review and North of Grey reserves the right to request additional identification information and to ship the order to the billing address. The billing information provided must be able to be verified and must match what your bank has on file. Please ensure the card holder is available to confirm the order details. When you place an order on our website, we will only charge your credit card once we have verified your card details, received credit authorization, confirmed stock availability, and your order is ready to be shipped.
