Delivery

For security reasons, all North of Grey purchases will require a signature upon delivery. Purchases are shipped via UPS. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses, which are not available through UPS. In addition, purchases may not be shipped to Freight Forwarders, hotel locations, or any establishments at our discretion that may pose a risk to the security of the package. North of Grey cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays.

Upon receiving your product, we recommend that you open your package and check your product thoroughly before disposing of the packaging.  For any discrepancies with your order we ask that you contact concierge@northofgrey.com immediately.
